About Me

I turn messy data into decisions executives can act on. Over the past 8 years, I've built analytics systems for government infrastructure projects and commercial operations, led analytics teams through system migrations and reporting overhauls, and convinced more than a few skeptical stakeholders that good data beats gut instinct. I'm equally comfortable building Power BI dashboards, modeling financial scenarios, or explaining why your KPIs need a rethink.

Outside work, I build AI agent systems with LangGraph and local LLMs, things like autonomous email processors and finance monitoring agents that actually run in production.

Skills & Expertise

Data & Analytics

Stakeholders ask "why is this happening?" You need answers they trust, fast.
I build analytics systems that replace manual reporting with automated dashboards and data models. Program tracking, performance metrics, transactional analysis.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Budgets drift. Forecasts miss. Fair value estimates get questioned. I model scenarios that show finance teams where assumptions break and where they hold. Build budget variance analyses that explain why, not just what. Investment frameworks for portfolio decisions, KPI systems that align finance with operations, corporate valuations grounded in actual performance data.

Technology & Automation

If you're still copying data between systems manually, there's a better way.
Power Platform and Dynamics 365 for workflow automation.
Building production AI agents with Claude and LangGraph for tasks like email processing and finance monitoring. Graph databases for modeling complex organizational or data relationships.

Leadership

Teams need direction. Stakeholders need confidence. Analytics needs both. Led analytics teams through system transitions and reporting redesigns. Managed ministerial-level stakeholders on major infrastructure programs. Focused on developing analysts who understand the business, not just the tools. Performance management, talent acquisition, and making sure cross-functional teams actually collaborate instead of just attending meetings together.

Core Competencies

The difference between competent and effective. Strategic thinking that connects data to decisions. Problem-solving focused on sustainable fixes, not patches. Communication that technical and executive audiences both understand. Adaptability across government compliance requirements and commercial performance metrics. Emotional intelligence for when stakeholders don't trust the data yet.
